Celebrate the opening of Minnesota Children’s Museum’s newest exhibit, Curious George: Let’s Get Curious! Explore the gallery that introduces young children into the world of Curious George, leading visitors on a fun, meaningful interactive math, science and engineering-based adventure while emphasizing the central role that parents and caregivers play.

WHAT:     Based on the familiar characters in H.A. and Margret Rey’s classic stories and inspired by the animated television series on PBS KIDS, visitors can operate wheels to help Curious George climb a building, sort and weigh fruits and vegetables at the produce stand, use science skills to putt a hole of mini golf, climb the rocket from Curious George’s space adventure, build a whirligig in the country, and visit the Museum within the Museum.  The exhibit was developed through a licensing agreement with Universal Studios Consumer Products Group.

WHEN:     The exhibit is open Saturday, May 12 through November 11, 2007 during regular Museum hours and is free with Museum admission.

WHERE:         The Museum is located at Seventh and Wabasha streets in downtown St. Paul. For 24-hour information, visit www.MCM.org or call 651-225-6000.
