WHAT: With the rate of childhood obesity steadily increasing, parents are encouraging children to play and be active in an effort to combat current trends. Minnesota Children’s Museum also recognizes and celebrates the importance of physical activity and development with the upcoming Good to Grow Day on Saturday, March 31. Good to Grow Day is designed to encourage children’s enthusiasm in exercise and physical play. Visitors are invited to pick up a Good to Grow! Action Tracker and see how many steps they take during a Museum visit.
