Minnesota Children's Museum's Stance on Saint Paul's Living Wage Requirements

For Immediate Release
December 21, 2006

In reference to the Saint Paul Administrative Code for the purpose of establishing Saint Paul's Living Wage Requirements:

Minnesota Children's Museum is not opposed to Saint Paul's Living Wage Requirements.

Wednesday, December 20, 2006, Minnesota Children's Museum President Sarah Caruso spoke at the City of Saint Paul council meeting. She expressed potential concerns and sought clarifications on how the amendments might affect the Museum and its operations. The Museum is committed to providing the highest quality experience for children and families. Presently, the Museum continues to work towards understanding the administrative code and its ramifications for the Museum in conjunction with the City, the council and Mayor Chris Coleman's office.
