ST. PAUL, Minn.-- Winter outdoor fun comes inside Minnesota Children's Museum when the seasonal favorite exhibit, Snow Ball! Winter Fun opens. No bulky snow pants or moon boots needed to join in an impromptu snowball-throwing contest or glide through a winter wonderland on carpet skates. Snow Ball! Winter Fun will be at Minnesota Children's Museum November 24 through February 4, 2006.

Exhibit Features
Snow Ball! Winter Fun has winter-themed activities for everyone, including a "skate path" and life-sized snow globes. Visitors can stop by "Ole & Lena's" ice fishing house and catch "the big one" while cozying up to the woodstove with a good book. In the warming house, children can don winter sports gear like snowshoes and hockey pads. Kids can try their hand at building a snow palace with giant building blocks, or tossing "snowballs" into tree holes. Children can create beautiful winter scenes by tracing a partial drawing and using their imagination to complete the scene. There's also a toddler play rink with fun activities to entertain our youngest visitors.

Designed and created exclusively by Minnesota Children's Museum, Snow Ball! Winter Fun has become a holiday favorite.
