What is your payment policy?

How many guests can I invite?

Additional guests are added to your order and can be paid for at the end of the Family Night. The standard rate is $2 per additional person and the Play for All program* rate is $1 per additional person.
Can hosts or guests use membership for entrance into a Family Night?
No, due in part to the extra services and supplies we provide to our Family Night guests, it is necessary that every guest in attendance is charged at the agreed rate. Individual tickets and family memberships to the Museum do not apply to Family Night admission.
What about buses and parking?
If you plan to arrive by bus, please let us know. Buses can drop off families in front of the Museum on West Seventh Street. Parking for buses is available across the Mississippi River via the Robert Street bridge on/and around Fillmore Street. Buses must park here, where there are bus-parking signs.Transportation from the bus parking location to the Museum is not provided.
If your families will be arriving individually by cars, parking is available in the World Trade Center Municipal Ramp, kitty-corner from the Museum on Seventh Street and Wabasha. Cars should enter the left lane of the ramp from Wabasha Street. The cost is $5 for three hours with a validated coupon from the Museum. You must bring in your ticket from the parking ramp and present it at the Box Office to receive the discounted price.
The World Trade Center parking ramp accepts cash and credit cards as acceptable forms of payment; checks are no longer allowed. The World Trade Center parking ramp is an automated facility.
What about dinner or snack?
Space is available, by reservation only, in our Great Big Room on the first floor. You can plan to have dinner delivered or bring dinner and we'll store it for you until it's time to eat. Please notify us if space is needed upon reserving your Family Night.
Where do our families check in?
Families will check in at the Box Office and Museum staff will greet and introduce them to the Museum. Visitors will receive admission stickers and parking validation (as needed).
If you have registration needs, please let us know and we will provide a table for you to use for your check-in purposes. This table will need to be staffed by someone from your organization.
After guests check in and have admission stickers on, they are free to explore and learn in the galleries located on the 2nd and 4th floors. We will inform guests of when and where dinner/snack is taking place (if applicable).
